I’m Sophie! I'm born in "Paris", and I grew up between the city of love and the south of France in "Cannes", I've traveled all around the world and I'm now living in the Winter park area in Orlando, USA with my husband Charlie and our son Antoine, I am a passionate self-taught home cook.
I'm the Chef cooker of my meal prep company "Rev kitchen", my intention is to make healthy-ish meals that fit into your everyday life, using a Mediterranean style of cooking - mostly produce, organic, whole grains, healthy fats, and natural sugar alternatives.
I also believe in balance, and so you will find in my new company “The artist” beautiful art cheese platters and amazing breakfast and brunch for your events or yourself! The perfect combo to feel good! There are also healthy, made with seasonal, fresh, and organic fruits, veggies, hummus, flaxseed crackers, pastries, and bread made by the best french baker in Orlando from "croissant gourmet" bakery with a french organic flour, the cheese is well-choose to give you the best experience!
I cook for pleasure; to slow my mind down by focusing on one task and also, for relationships - to gather people around a table. Food connects us. Caring for ourselves and others, by way of nourishment, is a big piece of that wellness puzzle.
As a French romantic woman, I love cheese, bread, and croissants and I also love art so combining all these things together was just obvious! "The Artist" is born :)
